STA/Respite 

These NDIS support items provide integrated support for self-care, accommodation, food and activities in a home away from home setting for short periods.

 

STA/respite allows the opportunity for individuals to be supported by someone else whilst providing their carer with short term breaks from their usual caring responsibilities.

Typically, this type of support would be used for short periods of up to 14 days at a time (exceptions may be made).

Overview

STA And Assistance (Inc. Respite)

STA/Respite include all expenses in a 24-hour period including assistance with self-care or community access activities, accommodation, food and negotiated activities. Where supports required are less then 24 hours, we will provide you with a reduced fee to reflect your needs.

Typically, this type of support would be used for short periods of up to 14 days at a time.

These support items can be delivered to individual participants or to groups depending on individual needs and the accommodation arrangements.

 

As well as direct service provision, these support items can be used to claim for: 

  • Short Notice Cancellation – 7 days

01_061_0115_1_1 - STA And Assistance (Inc. Respite) - 1:1 - Public Holiday - Day rate - $4,110.80

We also offer ratios of 1:2. 1:3 and 1:4 in most of our accommodations.

Different price limits apply depending on the Time of Day and Day of Week that the support is delivered, and the ratio of staff to clients in the accommodation. ANOTHEN Community Care will provide individuals with a full quote once we have had a meet and greet to understand your needs better.
